It’s fun to read Winston Churchill in a mode completely different from what he is normally known for. His description of how he feels about painting is well written but I was particularly interested in his philosophical commentary on why it is that “To be really happy and really safe, one ought to have at least two or three hobbies, and they must all be real.”
